We believed in it, this downward motion: so lovely, like flying, and yet at the same time so dire, so extreme, so unlikely." -Margret Atwood // This isn't just another session. This girl is really special, really artistic, and really cool. Turns out the guy she is marrying is her perfect match.

"You can’t blame gravity for falling in love." —Albert Einstein // This engagement shoot is EVERYTHING. These two are stunning together and watching their love for each other is completely consuming. They didn't miss a beat when I started to explain my ideas for this session and you can't miss the result.

"Maybe you'll fall in love with me all over again." - Ernest Hemingway // A perfect Saturday in Joplin with two of the kindest people I know. This wedding was a treat from beginning to end.

What's more southern than cold beer, big trucks, and young love? This session was perfect - but for every perfect second, I got more excited to be heading to California with them in a few months.

It's been a long time coming. Actually seeing my photos in this magazine has been right at the top end of my bucket list for a long time.
