An entire bridal shoot shot in the rain. Dripping cameras, muddy shoes, and amazingly beautiful moments all possible because the bride was willing to let go of her nerves and simply be present in the moment.

When one of my very best friends asks me to take her maternity photos there's no saying no. We pulled out every stop for this session and ended up with the perfect light for the look we were shooting for. Most adventures don't end up under a waterfall but this one did. Most adventures don't include killing a poisonous snake with a rock but this one did. Most adventures don't require you to stand on the edge of a 100 ft cliff and lean back but this one did. Most adventures should be more like this one. //

This session with Erin + Steve was full of adventure, but simply because they're adventurous. 

We aren't wedding photographers - we're story tellers - we're editorial photographers - we're artists - we're friends. Nancee + Rich is the perfect example of why I do this job, because when everything comes together the last thing a couple needs is a stranger with a camera in the room.
