AUTHENTICITY OVER EVERYTHING
We live in a world where it’s far too easy to make fake look great. It’s why every single photo on this website and especially the stories below are filled with nothing but real photos of real clients. No styled shoots, no gimiicks, no pinterest page inspired work - just the most recent, most raw, and most real moments happening in my life and the lives of our clients lately.

Max + Brooke - The perfect wedding.
He’s been a buddy for six years and my right hand dude in this company for about as long. She’s the girl who kind of swooped in and stole his heart. This wedding was a perfectly designed culmination of so many amazing friends and a beautiful vision. Check it out.

Their Rainbow Baby . The Jones' Story
WITHOUT THE RAIN, THERE WOULD NEVER BE RAINBOWS

University of Arkansas Engagement Session in the fall
Eventually I have to give in and just shoot that beautiful fall color. The right couple, the right light, the right color all comes together and tells the story for me. These two wandered around the University of Arkansas campus just soaking up autumn and laughing about the wedding - right around the corner.

Arkansas Fall Engagement, Kaitlin + Jeremy
Brisk fall mornings at sunrise. Hot coffee and short hikes. Waterfalls and golden fields all waking up to the sound of these two embracing the chance to start the day together on a little adventure.

Arkansas Senior Photography only... cooler
What’s to tell? Fall color in Northwest Arkansas with a cool senior just enjoying the chance to look awesome in front of a camera. We could go on and on and on - but honestly, the simplicity here is what makes senior photos fun. Taking the chance to just make pretty photos because - well that’s just what you do when you’re a senior right?

Sunset in the Ozarks with Delia and Timothy
A moody engagement session at sunset in the ozarks between Arkansas and Missouri with two absolutely beautiful people. With a wedding scheduled next year at Cooper Chapel and the Ballroom at I street all planned by JLK weddings these two have stacked their big day with a few of my favorite people and places but this shoot was as much fun for me as it was beautiful for them.

An Elegant Oceanside Connecticut Wedding
An absolutely beautiful ocean side wedding with an open air garden themed reception at the Tokeneke Club in Darien, Connecticut just a few miles outside of Manhattan, New York. Featured in the New York times, this wedding was black tie, elegant, perfectly designed and more than anything - fun.

New York Rooftop Engagement Session
From 39 floors above 5th avenue with an unrestricted view of lower Manhattan to the streets in front of the Flat Iron Building in the middle of a New York City afternoon. This engagement session was perfectly NYC but more so, this couple has quickly risen to the top of my favorites list. Check out Liz + John and soak up a little of that New York Summer Sun (on the first official day of fall).

Boston Museum of Science Wedding
This wedding was iconic Boston with a little extra flavor. From Beacon Hill to Cambridge ending up at the Boston Museum of Science every step of the way was beautifully done. Kerin is another in a long line of my favorite brides I’ve shot and these images are a few of my favorite I’ve ever taken.

Banff Canada Elopement Directors Cut
Banff Canada for the second time. Only this time, it’s personal. My favorites from an amazing trip, no story, no theme, just beautiful images, fun memories, and quirky behind the scenes moments.

Northwest Arkansas Wedding Amy and Weston
A huge wedding at Springdale Country Club in Northwest Arkansas designed and styled by Amanda Reed Weddings. Amy Eichler and Weston Passmore pulled together an absolutely beautiful day and then danced the night away with Boom Kinetic and about 500 close friends.

Garden of Harmony Wedding . Reagan + Count
“I’M SAILING HOME TO YOU, I WON’T BE LONG. BY THE LIGHT OF MOON I WILL PRESS ON. UNTILL I FIND MY LOVE.” - JOSH GARRELS

Massachusetts Wedding Photos Zukas Farm
107 reasons why New England weddings are totally wild. From the moment I pulled into Massachusetts with these people I knew we were going to have a good time. Zukas’ farm in Spencer, Mass was the perfect setting for a New England wedding and a wild evening.

Under The Woods Wedding . Kesa + David
“I HAVE A FEELING THAT I CAN’T COMPREHEND IN MY DEEPEST THOUGHTS YOU ARE MORE THAN JUST A FRIEND.” - STURGILL

Downtown Rogers in the rain.
We danced and played in the summer morning rain. With nowhere else to be, and no words needed to be said. Downtown Rogers, 1907, Onyx, and just along the street we just wandered. Talking about love and life and salvation and marriage, jumping from moments of laughter to total silence and when we wrapped it up I was left feeling like something really special had just happened, and I hadn’t even been paid for it.

Venue At Stockton Lake Wedding . Bailey + Thomas
“I HAVE LOVED YOU TILL THIS MOMENT, I HAVE GUARDED YOU, I HAVE BATHED YOU, I HAVE CRIED WITH YOU, I HAVE LOVED WITH YOU, AND NOW I GIVE YOU WITH LOVE TO THE ONE WHO WILL CARRY THIS MANTEL IN A MORE INTIMATE, LOVING AND UNCONDITIONAL WAY”

Melissa + Chris | Lake Avalon
Intimate lake side wedding in Bella Vista with Melissa and Chris.

Thaden Field House . Ashley + Corey
“LET THE REASON YOUR HEART SORES BE THE ONE THAT HOLDS YOUR GAZE. ALLOW YOUR LOVE TO BE THE FLIGHT IN YOUR WINGS”

Taking time to learn... and teach
After being asked to speak at ClickCon in Chicago a few weeks ago along side Fujifilm I started to realize a lot about the state of our industry as photographers. Call this an open letter to the photo-community, with some images shot at the conference with the new 100 megapixel GFX medium format digital camera.

Finding ourselves lost in Canada. Alix + Steven's elopement
Feeling a little more depth than normal reliving the story behind this elopement in Banff, Canada with Alix + Steve. These are more than just wedding photos, they’re stories of redemption and love and courage all wrapped up with memories that sustain them. We hiked, and explored the Canadian Rockies stopping for so much more than just the photography but instead to soak up the beauty in this amazing place.
