AUTHENTICITY OVER EVERYTHING
We live in a world where it’s far too easy to make fake look great. It’s why every single photo on this website and especially the stories below are filled with nothing but real photos of real clients. No styled shoots, no gimiicks, no pinterest page inspired work - just the most recent, most raw, and most real moments happening in my life and the lives of our clients lately.

Top Five Fujifilm Mirrorless Cameras
“Here are the top five cameras that I use personally to create work with in order of how often I use them. Every one of these cameras is obviously from the same manufacturer but let me be super clear, I found a Fujifilm camera in my hands long before they ever even knew who I was and to be blunt - this isn’t a paid relationship. In fact, nobody from the Fujifilm US team even knows I’m writing this post. It’s just a response to the fact that I am asked fairly often these days about my favorite cameras, specs, and reasons behind those opinions and I figured instead of being the photographer who calls everything a trade secret, I’d rather be the professional who shares what I know with people who are like minded so that we can all grow together.”

Not today Covid. Four reasons why weddings are as good as ever.
It turns out not even a global pandemic can stop people from falling in love. Weddings have changed a lot this year, but here’s a list of four things I’ve learned to love about weddings in 2020 despite Covid19. That along side a few of my favorite images from Little Rock, Arkansas and two beautiful people who said “I do” with their closest people present.

Carly + Blake. Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography.
You can actually feel the breeze in this session. Fall in the Ozarks around Bentonville, Arkansas is my very favorite time to take engagement photos and Carly + Blake are the best kind of couple for a session like this. Waterfalls, wind, and long walks by the lake were perfect for these two.

Jerra + Grant. Arkansas Wedding at Barn at the Springs
It was a little bit of the who’s who of Northwest Arkansas. It was a line up of incredible vendors at the Barn at the Springs. It was Jerra Nalley and Grant Toms but honestly, it didn’t feel like the dream wedding it was. It felt comfortable, simple and yet so elegant. It felt real - and I love the way the photos tell that story.

Tanarah Lux Floral Aria Campain
Floral Aria. The 2021 expression from floral designer Tanarah Lux was an absolute treat to shoot. I’m completely blown away by the way this shoot, and this video by Nathan Willis came together.

Ashley + Nathan. An Osage House Wedding.
In the middle of a totally chaotic year there was a little break in the noise. This wedding just happened to fall in that few days. It was the wedding they dreamed of, on the date they wanted, and it all went off without a hitch. Such a pleasure to have been able to see a little drop of normal and two of the most beautifully in love people enjoy it.

Stone Chapel Fayetteville Wedding. Danielle + Colton
Happy Thanksgiving! A quick blog about two beautiful people, their incredible wedding day, and a few things I’m thankful for this thanksgiving season!

Oklahoma Lakeside Wedding . Tyler + Alec
“I was in bits, I was in pieces, covered in silence. Some how you found me and now you’re patching up the cracks and holes. I see your finger prints on my soul.” - JP Cooper

Sunset in the Ozarks with Laurin and Jose
Two beautiful people painted in beautiful light. A sunset lakeside in the Ozarks near Bentonville, Arkansas. Calm, quiet, intimate moments captured just because they matter.

Hannibal Missouri Wedding . Taylor + Caleb
Are we getting closer to knowing exactly where we belong? Is there ever really a destination to this journey? With you at my side non of that matters, with you my life will always take the right turns.

Traditions Made Your Own . Lane + Tyler
“The way that sky opens up when we touch, the way that you hold me feels so holy.” - Justin Bieber

University of Arkansas Engagement Photos. Paige + Grant
A simply southern engagement session with Paige and Grant. Two of the most beautiful people surrounded by fall leaves at the University of Arkansas. This engagement session got me so excited about the wedding next year and was far too easy to shoot.

An intimate Indian wedding at Sassafrass Springs Winery
What a joy to show up to some place as familiar as Sassafrass Springs and to witness something as familiar as a wedding, but to have it so captivatingly different. Jinal + Ronak are incredible together and every moment of this Indian wedding ceremony was intentional, intimate, and ornate.

University of Arkansas Engagement . Meredith + Thomas
Sometimes the path set before us can be one of uncertainty, but when walked together nothing seems to hard or to uncertain.

Bike Trail Engagement . Hailey + Colby
With you the world around doesn't seem so bad. With you around, life has a sense of joy like I’ve never witnessed before.

Crystal Bridges. Bentonville Dream Wedding.
This wedding was a masterclass of styling and execution and a who’s who of wedding vendors but what made it so special really was the people. Kaitlin and Jeremy are genuinely beautiful together and their stillness, their love, and their joy just resonated through their images and across the grounds of Crystal Bridges.

Ravington Wedding. Serena & Jay
Serena and Jay are the real deal. Two of the most beautiful people who just happened to find each other. This wedding at the Ravington and Cooper Chapel near Bentonville, Arkansas was a reschedule due to Covid-19 and even thought this wasn’t the original wedding they had planned, it was absolutely beautiful in the end.

Sunset Family Session at the Orchards
Mini session from the Photographic Collective October mini sessions at the Mansion at the Orchards.

Ballroom At I Street Wedding . Amber + Kyle
When the plans laid in stone crumble and fall we realize whats made us form them at all. Not our pasts telling us whats meant to be but our heart’s desire pushing us towards whats going to be!

"I love you so, I'll eat you up."
The lie about family photos and how you can fix it. This family just embraced the chance to play. To be present. To be real, and for better or worse - this is what came from it.
